Joey Stallings – Broker/Owner

Joey was born and raised in the Lawton/Elgin area. He started Stalling Auction & Real Estate in 1988 and since then has become a member of the National and Oklahoma Auctioneers Association, the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and was inducted into the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2002. He continues to expand his team of highly qualified and Accredited Auctioneers and Sales Associates.

Noela Stallings – Broker/Owner

Noela was also born in raised in the Lawton area and has a background including 10 years of accounting experience in areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking. Her current licenses include Oklahoma Real Estate Broker & Sales Associate, Certified Home Inspector and is a member of the Oklahoma Auctioneers Association.

Jason Herring: - Auctioneer and Sales Associate

Jason was born and raised in Western Oklahoma. He graduated from Missouri Auction School in 1992 and attained his Real Estate License in 1994. Jason has been an auctioneer for Stallings Auction Service since 1992.

Bailey Ballou: – Auctioneer

Bailey was born and raised on a ranch near Elgin, OK. He graduated from Elgin High School and attended Missouri Auction School in 2003 and attained his Real Estate License in January of 2005. Bailey’s background is in land and cattle. He is currently the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Champion.

Janis Ferguson

Janis has over 20 years of real estate experience. She has spent her entire career experiencing all types of market conditions. In the 1980’s the market had an abundance of foreclosures, REO’s, and inflated property values, and an over supply of inventory with strict qualifying conditions for buyers very similar to today’s market. Janis specializes in Marketing and Sales of Residential Real Estate, Investment properties, including turn key operations, Income producing property (Investor & Personal), Relocation, Management and specialty housing for corporate/executive living and environmental concerns. Janis is a member of the Lawton Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors as well as the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Dustin Glover – Auctioneer and Sales Associate

Dustin was born and raised on a ranch in the Elgin, OK area. He graduated from Elgin High School and attended Oklahoma State University. He currently holds a real estate license for the State of Oklahoma and has been in the auction business for 5 years.

Roy Rodrick Roy was born and raised in Southwest Oklahoma and has a strong back ground in rural farm & ranch properties. He has been employed with the City of Lawton since 1996 giving him vast knowledge of the city proper as well as the surrounding areas.
